Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Temporary inbound call-center position, assisting voters and poll workers throughout the election cycle in 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Experienced in providing quality customer service and serving the public Ability to work within a call-center environment Answer incoming phone calls from voters and poll workers, taking appropriate action for each call Excellent computer skills including data entry Ability to work with a multi-line phone system Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with minimum direction and as a team player Ability to maintain confidentiality Detail and solution oriented; able to apply critical thinking to assist voters and resolve issues Must be flexible to work long hours and weekends
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be a registered voter in Florida Possession of a valid Florida Driver License Overtime is required Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to sit for 5-8 hours daily Lifting items of 25 lbs or less on occasion

$16.00 per hour
