Overview As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the friendly face and voice of Tide Cleaners. You will assist guests both in-person and over the phone, handle garment intake, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations, all in a climate-controlled, professional setting . Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service to every guest Meet, greet, and assist valet drive-up customers at their vehicle Welcome and support walk-in guests in the store Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow register procedures Follow all guest intake and service protocols Assist with phone-based guest service needs and inquiries Identify and consult on cleaning, stain, or finishing requirements Inspect, tag, and log incoming garments for cleaning Participate in ongoing training and development Perform additional tasks as directed by management What We're Looking For Prior customer service experience (preferred) Previous dry-cleaning experience (required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort with standing for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently Must be available to cover shifts during business hours (7:00 am - 6:00 pm) and (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) every other Saturday What You'll Enjoy A friendly, climate-controlled work environment Employee discounts on cleaning services Opportunities for training and skill development Additional Information This position is with Clean and Press Solutions LLC , an independent franchisee of Tide Cleaners.
