Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various store operations.

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
• Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required
• Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area and assist with inventory management
