Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick turnaround times Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Assist in food preparation, including assembling pizzas, salads, and other menu items according to safety standards Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling and sanitation practices Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants with a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong cash handling skills combined with retail math proficiency Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary experience preferred Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Ability to communicate clearly and serve customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Basic understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and kitchen operations Join us if you're passionate about creating positive dining experiences!
