  • 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing:
Answering and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude Scheduling service appointments efficiently Present maintenance agreements and 10-year extended warranty options to clients in a consultative, customer-focused manner. Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly Providing top-tier customer service to our clients Collection of payments Renewing membership contracts Following up with installation leads Monitor jobs for return trips Monitor Kohler Management Pro app for any shutdowns
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of customer service and scheduling experience Strong written and verbal communication skills in English A motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Highly organizeddetail oriented with the ability to multi-task Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or
GED Bonus Points If You Have:
