CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE
(BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH) Position Overview A growing Multifamily Office is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Client Service Associate to support high-net-worth clients and the advisory team with day-to-day client service, account administration, and operational support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a financial services, wealth management, investment advisory, or family office environment and possess exceptional communication and relationship management skills. This position requires full fluency in both English and Spanish, as the role involves frequent interaction with a diverse client base. No licenses are required for this opportunity. Key Responsibilities Provide white-glove client service support to high-net-worth individuals and families Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, account inquiries, and operational support Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records and documentation Coordinate account paperwork, transfers, subscriptions, distributions, and other client service requests Maintain ongoing communication with custodians, investment platforms, attorneys, CPAs, and internal teams Prepare client meeting materials, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation Track and manage client deliverables, deadlines, and pending requests to ensure timely completion Support advisors and executives with administrative and operational tasks as needed Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service Qualifications Prior experience as a Client Service Associate, Relationship Associate, Client Services Representative, or similar role within a financial advisory firm, investment firm, wealth management firm, private banking, or family office environment Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
REQUIRED
Strong understanding of financial services operations and client service processes Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems preferred No securities licenses required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients Experience working with custodians and investment account platforms Familiarity with account opening documentation and operational workflows within wealth management or investment firms

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
