Role:
MyShop Technologies, a fast-growing startup providing smart ordering solutions for small businesses, is looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Success & Technical Support Representative to join our Miami team. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our clients are happy, supported, and successful. You'll provide customer service, onboarding assistance, and day-to-day support to our restaurant and retail clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional support via phone, email, and chat. Assist new clients with onboarding, system setup, and training. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Guide customers through product features and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related concerns.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Customer-focused, friendly, patient, and solution-oriented. Experience in customer support, technical support, help desk, or software onboarding. Familiarity with POS systems, tablets, printers, payment terminals, and basic networking (Wi-Fi and internet troubleshooting). Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely via phone, email, and screen sharing. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Experience with restaurant technology, online ordering platforms, or payment processing is a plus. Customer service or account management experience is a plus. Availability to work weekends and closing shifts Most important -A true team player who takes pride in their work, cares about client success, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure issues are resolved and projects are completed successfully.
