Customer Service Representative 346 SW 57th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34474 $18 an hour - Full-time $18 an hour - Full-time Job Summary USA Scientific sells laboratory supplies that help our customers focus on getting down to science. Our customers are located throughout the US and work on important projects such as finding cures to diseases. We are looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and friendly manner. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a natural ability to problem-solve. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and friendly manner. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a natural ability to problem-solve. Job Responsibilities include managing high volume incoming order processing. Accurately enter orders into our systems and respond to inquiries from customers and employees via phone, email, and chat. Help with other duties as needed. Availability to work an assigned schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. What sets you apart High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent phone and office etiquette, including verbal, written and people skills. Attention to detail. Customer Service Attitude - desire to go the extra mile for the customer. Self-motivated - strong desire to succeed is essential. Sense of urgency responding to customers and employees. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products. What we offer $18 hourly rate.
