Responsibilities:
Customer Service Skills:
Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Ability to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using computers for daily tasks (e.g., CRM software, email, Microsoft Office). Comfortable using phone systems and other office equipment. Organizational Skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks. Attention to detail to manage leads and follow up accurately. Multitasking Ability
  • Capable of managing multiple clients or tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional Attributes
  • Proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements:
