Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support daily logistics operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery services. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving!

Shift:

11am-8pm

Schedule:

Must have flexible schedule/work weekends- rotating

Assist customers and business partners via phone and email Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner Monitor delivery routes and provide real-time updates Process order changes, cancellations, and service requests Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries Maintain accurate records and tracking information

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) strong attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent
