The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for, but is not limited to the following:

• Assisting customers with any questions regarding our services.
• Process service orders
• Assist with services and complaints.
• Manage medium volume of calls per day.
• Medium volume of emails per day.
• Follow and maintain safety guidelines in the workplace, as well as comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills - ability to write email responses is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• No related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
