3001 E Colonial Dr, Orlando Fl, 32803 Open Every Day - 10am-8pm Job Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on supporting daily office operations.

Position:

Full Time Training starts at $17, unless prior experience in customer service

Shifts :

10am-5pm or 12pm - 7pm Looking for

Full Time :

(5 days a week ) This position includes a 60-90 day training period . After completing training, you'll receive a pay increase and start progressing toward a management position . Responsibilities Manage front desk operations Operate phone calls and take messages Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with management and store Provide customer support Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing Experience Previous experience in customer service is preferred Bilingual (Spanish / Creole) Strong computer skills are essential, Excellent organizational skills If you are a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and possesses the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Rep.
