In this role, you will handle inbound leads generated through our network of radio stations and assist listeners who have responded to promotional vacation offers. As a Call Center Agent, you will educate customers on the details of their vacation package, explain how the promotion works, verify eligibility requirements, answer questions, provide exceptional customer service, and schedule vacation appointments. This is a fun, fast-paced, and professional environment where teamwork, positive energy, and personal growth are highly valued. Whether you have previous call center experience or are new to the industry, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. We offer excellent earning potential and opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from prospective customers responding to radio promotions. Explain vacation packages, promotional offers, and program details clearly and professionally. Verify customer eligibility and qualification requirements. Schedule and confirm vacation appointments. Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer questions and concerns. Process appointment reschedules and modifications. Follow up with customers who missed scheduled appointments (no-shows). Maintain accurate customer records and notes in company systems. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Meet individual and team performance goals. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, sales, hospitality, or related experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Benefits Paid training provided.
