If you have a natural talent for building trust, a consultative sales mindset, and a passion for helping people move forward with confidence — we want to hear from you. This is not a passive administrative role. You will be expected to actively drive client conversion, manage a lead pipeline with intention, and consistently meet retention goals. The right candidate understands that empathy and performance are not mutually exclusive — and thrives in an environment where both are expected. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Consultations Serve as the warm, professional first voice prospective clients hear when they reach out to the firm Schedule and coordinate consultations, ensuring every prospect feels informed, valued, and ready to move forward Guide potential clients through the consultation and onboarding process with clarity, confidence, and a clear close Handle objections with skill and composure, steering conversations toward next steps without pressure Lead Management & Pipeline Ownership Own your pipeline — track, manage, and follow up on every lead with purpose and consistency Execute structured follow-up cadences via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion Monitor consultation outcomes and drive post-consultation communications that convert Maintain accurate, detailed records in Clio Grow so nothing falls through the cracks Report on lead status and conversion metrics and take ownership of your numbers Retention & Conversion Meet or exceed monthly client retention targets (firm goal: 48 retained clients per month) Proactively identify and address cost concerns, hesitation, or delays in a client's decision-making process Communicate the value of Fighter Law's services with confidence and authenticity Collaborate with attorneys and the Legal Support Team to ensure a seamless, high-converting client experience from first call to signed agreement Payment Processing Present fee structures and payment plan options clearly and professionally Process client payments accurately and in accordance with firm procedures Maintain clean financial records and uphold internal compliance standards Administrative Support Assist with data entry, document organization, and general office operations Support legal staff with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation Qualifications 2-4 years of sales experience required; consultative or service-based sales strongly preferred Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or retention goals Background in legal, medical, or professional services sales is a significant plus Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable discussing fees, payment plans, and financial matters with professionalism and confidence Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline without dropping the ball Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Clio Grow is a bonus What Sets the Right Candidate Apart The ideal person for this role leads with empathy and closes with confidence.
