Job Description

Job Summary The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the legal process by serving as the first point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance. This position involves gathering essential information, scheduling consultations, and managing documentation to ensure a smooth process from the first call to the intake of new clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client interviews to gather pertinent information and assess legal needs for all leads. Manage and organize all leads and client files using CMS Clio Grow & Manage. Ensuring all leads are promptly assessed and assisted. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to ethical standards in legal practice.
Skills Required:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills for effective client interactions every time. Ability to multitask and prioritize their daily tasks.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
