Pay Range:

Your responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers Scheduling service appointments quickly and accurately Handling outbound calls for follow-ups and appointment support Demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction Educating customers about our services Meeting goals related to quality, bookings, and customer satisfaction We provide thorough training and ongoing coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported.
