The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and use independent judgment. The company is seeking a highly-motivated professional who is comfortable wearing a uniform and interacting with multiple people in a courteous manner, and can also effectively memorize and utilize frequent guest information.

Responsibilities:

MUST have a pleasant and cheerful attitude. Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay. Receive and process payments for lodging. Greet guests and answer inquiries. Check guests into the hotel. Provide information on local attractions and transportation options. Answer phones in a friendly manner. Review paperwork from the front desk business day and print and assemble the Night Audit report for the motel business day..
