Opening Fall 2026, we are now adding team members to prepare for the opening. Located just outside Winter Park, on I4, our team is excited to launch this state of the art dealership. Our Senior Management team has decades of experience and focus on creating a premier work environment. Nautical One Marine Center, central Florida's newest boat dealership is seeking motivated and highly professional individuals to join our team in Service. __________________________________________________
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all service customers, delivering an exceptional ownership experience before, during, and after the repair process. Greet customers in person, by phone, text message, and email regarding service, maintenance, warranty, repair, rigging, and accessory installation needs. Open, maintain, and close repair orders accurately and professionally. Schedule service appointments according to management guidelines to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed repair estimates, service quotes, maintenance recommendations, and accessory installation proposals. Present repair recommendations and estimates to customers and obtain approvals prior to work being performed. Maintain daily communication with customers regarding repair status, parts availability, estimated completion dates, and service progress. Coordinate with the Service Manager, Parts Department, and Marine Technicians to ensure timely completion of all work orders. Review completed work orders for accuracy, labor charges, parts charges, and technician notes before customer delivery. Proactively identify additional maintenance, repair, upgrade, and accessory opportunities that benefit the customer and dealership. Assist customers with warranty claims and manufacturer authorization processes. Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, repair documentation, and communication logs. Monitor open repair orders and ensure all jobs progress efficiently through the service department. Help coordinate customer boat deliveries, pick-ups, transportation, mobile service visits, and dockside service appointments. Work closely with the sales department regarding customer delivery schedules, PDI scheduling, and warranty repairs. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming service reception area. Perform all duties with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, communication, accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Coordinator, Automotive Service Advisor, RV Service Advisor, Marine Service Advisor, or similar customer service role. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to explain technical issues and repair recommendations in a clear and professional manner. Strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders and customer requests simultaneously. Experience preparing estimates, quotations, and repair orders. Comfortable working with dealership management software and computerized service systems. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns or service delays. Strong sales and customer retention skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate boats, trailers, and dealership vehicles is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Marine dealership experience. Knowledge of outboard engines including Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and Honda. Understanding of marine electrical, plumbing, steering, fuel, and accessory systems. Experience preparing warranty claims and manufacturer approvals. Experience with marine electronics, trolling motors, Power Poles, lithium batteries, and accessory installations. Experience using dealership management systems (DMS). Boat ownership, boating experience, or boating lifestyle knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally board boats on trailers, lifts, docks, and in-water slips. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to use computers, tablets, phones, and dealership management systems for extended periods.

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 8AM-6PM, Sunday 11AM-4pm. OFF Wednesdays & Thursdays.
Pay Rate:
Earn up to $100K Annually. ($60,000 - $75,000 Salary + Plus Commission Bonus Plan Position Summary At Nautical One Marine Center, the Marine Service Advisor serves as the bridge between our customers and our service team. This individual plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience by ensuring customers receive accurate estimates, consistent communication, timely service updates, and professional support throughout the repair process. This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping boat owners maximize their time on the water.
