Requirements:
Customer service experience in an office/administrative environment Experience in Medicare and commercial insurance benefit verification DME/HME experience preferred Preference given to bilingual \"English/Spanish\" High level of comfort on the phone Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy Experience with computers, Excel, Word and Outlook Friendly/outgoing personality and a passion for helping people and a positive attitude Adaptable to change Good attendance is a must!
Team player Experience preferred:
Working in the health care industry Medical insurance Customer Service Durable medical equipment
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
