Job Overview-Fitness Front Desk We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Attendant to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters our facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer support skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times Responsible for opening and closing the Fitness Desk. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle check-in and check-out procedures for visitors, maintaining security protocols Maintain positive personal relationships with all Esplanade employees. Maintain positive relationships will all members and guests. Know members names and consistent daily routine. Maintain organized files, records, and logs to support office operations Monitor the Fitness floor. Watch for any kind of improper use of equipment. Maintain a neat and organized work space and Fitness floor. Keep track of guests and their charges. Proven experience in front desk or reception roles Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients and visitors Keep a good attitude and positive outlook in all situations. Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is preferred for supporting basic financial tasks Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while providing top-tier customer supportThis position is an excellent fit for individuals who thrive on organization, enjoy engaging with people, and are eager to contribute to a professional team. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
