What You'll Do As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to resolution. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and professionalism Support aftermarket sales by assisting with quotes, order processing, and fulfillment Provide timely updates on order status and proactively communicate delays Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex concerns as needed Partner with technical teams to process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Stay current on products, services, and company processes What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) A positive, professional, and patient approach to customer interactions
Preferred:
