Client Services Associate |
Small Business Hub Compensation:
$15-$18/hour

Role:
We're a bustling community of small business owners and entrepreneurs where they work, collaborate, and grow. We're looking for a Client Services Associate to be the first point of contact and support for our members. You'll greet members and guests, handle inbound calls and inquiries, coordinate mail and packages, manage our custom software systems, and create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll work directly with business owners and entrepreneurs, learning how different industries operate and how small businesses actually work. If you're early in your career, curious about how businesses run, hungry to learn about AI and emerging tools, and energized (not drained) by a dynamic environment, this is a great role to build your administrative and client service skills.
What We're Looking For:
You make a positive, competent impression at each interaction. Your phone manner is professional and polished. You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new software systems. You're curious about AI and emerging technologies and eager to use them. You listen well, solve problems with grace, and take discretion seriously. You're eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests with professionalism and warmth. Answer phones and route inquiries appropriately. Coordinate mail, packages, and office operations. Manage calendar bookings and scheduling. Use custom software systems and AI tools to log calls, track information, and streamline tasks. Support the smooth daily operations of our hub. Maintain organized files and documentation.
Required:
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems, including AI tools like ChatGPT. Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets is a plus. Reliability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Interest in learning about how small businesses operate and thrive.
