Customer Service Representative Job Description Job Requirements:
2 years of proven work experience in a similar role (Medical or Laboratory preferred but not required) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication Strong commitment to first class customer service Must be very detail oriented Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively High school education or equivalent
Team Player Job Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a high call volume Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls/emails Comply with all HIPPA regulations and policies Perform clerical duties such as photo copying and faxing Build and maintain customer relationships through open and interactive communication with both professional staff and patients Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction Handle complaints, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory offers a competitive salary, paid time off and Medical/Dental coverage.
