Job Summary We are seeking a Client Services Advisor for a direct hire opportunity in Palm Harbor, FL. This role is ideal for a client-focused financial services professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, supporting investment planning, and delivering a high-quality client experience. The Client Services Advisor plays an important role in supporting Wealth Advisors by managing day-to-day client needs, preparing financial analyses, conducting portfolio reviews, and helping maintain strong client retention. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, small-office environment with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and direct exposure to client relationship management, financial planning, and investment advisory processes. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs, including incoming calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups, and account-related requests.
- Prepare financial analyses, portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and client meeting materials in partnership with Wealth Advisors.
- Support client onboarding, new business processing, account transfers, amendments, change paperwork, and resolution of not-in-good-order items.
- Maintain accurate client records, CRM notes, workflows, and electronic files while supporting compliance requirements.
- Facilitate client delivery appointments, annual reviews, ad hoc meetings, and service follow-ups to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Identify client needs, research investment and annuity opportunities, and provide recommendations with appropriate advisor guidance. Compensation and Benefits
