FreightCenter is hiring Customer Service Representatives to help support customers with their shipping needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No logistics experience? No problem! —Many of our top employees started with no industry background. Schedule & Pay $15.50/hour Full-time, 40 hours per week 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Full benefits package In-office position located in Palm Harbor, FL - no remote work What You'll Do Assist customers with shipping questions, shipment updates, and shipment quotes Handle high volume of inbound calls Follow up with carriers or customers Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions Maintain accurate shipment information in company systems Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs Why Join FreightCenter?
