Job Description
Overview Join our office team as a Customer Service Dispatcher, where your energy and communication skills will drive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. In this vital role, you will coordinate answer customer calls, manage dispatching technicians, and ensure seamless communication between technicians, clients, and installers. Your skills in customer service, organization, time management and willingness to learn new softwares will help optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This position offers an engaging opportunity to be at the heart of office operations, supporting a thriving local business with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Communicate clearly with technicians, clients, and internal office personnel via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times. Enter data accurately into management systems and perform data entry tasks related to HVAC services, dispatching, and customer relations. Assist with other departments including HVAC installation and service. Experience Proven knowledge and experience in dispatching for a HVAC environment is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask is required. Ability to work minimum of 40 hours a week and have reliable transportation is required. Ability to assist one weekend per month with 24 hour phone system is required.
