Call Center Representative

Our Call Center Representatives are the voice of the restaurant. This position is responsible for providing friendly, fast, and accurate service while assisting guests with phone orders, online order support, delivery questions, and general customer service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, positive under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Take accurate delivery, pickup, and catering orders Assist guests with menu questions, specials, and promotions Enter orders into the POS system with attention to detail Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and delivery drivers Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a calm, professional manner Maintain knowledge of menu items, pricing, and restaurant policies Assist with online orders and third-party delivery platforms Help maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Basic computer and phone skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Restaurant or call center experience preferred, but not required Must be dependable and punctual Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to handle a fast-paced environment during peak hours What We Offer Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Fast-paced and fun work environment Opportunities for growth within the company
