Allen Turner Automotive is seeking a skilled Experienced Service Advisor for our Allen Turner Hyundai location in Pensacola, FL. This role is ideal for someone with proven automotive service experience who excels at building relationships with customers, managing complex service needs, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. You will be a key member of our service team, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Benefits Commission & Bonus Pay Plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Long and short-term disability and life insurance Matching 401(k) plan & profit sharing Paid Time Off (Vacation and Sick Days) Employee purchase program Saturday Lunches Employee events and recognition such as service awards, holiday parties, food truck Fridays, etc. A friendly, professional work environment Opportunities to advance within the company Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, assessing service needs for main shop repairs Open, manage, and close repair orders for both routine and complex maintenance and repair services Clearly communicate recommended services, repair timelines, and pricing Coordinate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and efficient workflow Provide timely updates to customers on vehicle status and service progress Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards Deliver a high level of customer service, resolving customer concerns promptly Mentor and support less experienced service advisors, as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screen Allen Turner Automotive is an equal opportunity employer.
