Friday Hours:
8:00-5:00 PM Ritz Safety is dedicated to providing convenient and cost-effective safety products and solutions to all people and industries, worldwide. With eighteen nationwide locations, we are looking to add a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to our Pompano Beach, FL location. The role of the Front Counter Customer Service Representative is to solicit sales from walk-in and telephone call-in customers in the construction, industrial and manufacturing marketplace.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with identification of product needs and locating merchandise.
  • Accurately completes and files all required paperwork in a timely basis. Documents sales, quotas or other information.
  • Enter sales and quota data into the computer.
  • Researches information for customers using the computer system.
  • Receives payment for merchandise and/or services sold, and enters sale into the computer.
  • Responsible for payments received, and adhering to all administrative and accounting related procedures.
  • Restocks store merchandise as needed.
  • Arranges stock on shelves or racks in sales area, and keeps merchandise in order. Marks or tickets merchandise.
  • Maintains showroom cleanliness by standards set by management.
  • Maintains current price documentation, and product literature.
  • Stays current on product knowledge.
  • Follows all verbal directives from management.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience and/or
Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years retail experience.
  • Excellent Customer Service mindset and superb communication skills.
  • Proficient in use of computers and software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, CRM Software).
Must speak Spanish.
