Job Description

We're hiring! A local company in the area is looking for a Customer Service Representative with call center or customer service experience and strong phone and problem-solving skills. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect!
Schedule:
. Full time,
Monday-Friday What You Will Do:
. Handle inbound calls and manage customer accounts . Schedule service and delivery orders . Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling . Process billing and payments . Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department . Multi-task and follow up on daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
. High school diploma or GED . Minimum 2 years of in-office customer service experience . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) . Strong phone skills and professional communication, both written and verbal . Strong time management and organizational skills . Must provide prior work references . Call center experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate . Experience with appointment routing a plus Benefits (After Evaluation Hire period) . Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
