Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Flow Pros Plumbing, your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns. Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and providing timely and effective solutions. Coordinating with our plumbing team to schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in our system. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in Service Titan. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Service Titan. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services. Experience in Service Titan is preferred.
