Job Description

Job Summary Mazworx Manufacturing Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and self-managed team member to help manage customer communication, engine build estimates, order processing, and customer follow-up. Mazworx is a high-end performance automotive manufacturing company specializing in racing engines and performance components for Nissan, Toyota, and other platforms. We machine and build everything in-house and work with customers worldwide. This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys automotive performance and motorsports Communicates professionally with customers Stays organized in a fast-paced environment Can manage multiple conversations and tasks at once Follows through without constant supervision Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls Reply to customer emails and messages Create estimates and quotes for engine builds and parts Follow up with customers on quotes and orders Process customer orders Maintain organized customer communication and CRM notes Coordinate with the shop regarding build status and scheduling Help maintain high customer service standards Assist with shipping operations as needed Learn internal shipping and order fulfillment procedures Requirements Proven experience in customer support or inside sales. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services confidently. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Automotive knowledge is preferred. Performance automotive knowledge is a major plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Ability to learn technical product information. Self-motivated and self-oriented.
