Client Services Coordinator Golden Girls Solutions Sarasota, FL Part-Time | 25-30 Hours Per Week About Us Golden Girls Solutions is a locally owned, small business providing senior placement and care resource guidance serving Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties. We help seniors and their families navigate Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and senior care resources with compassion, education, advocacy, and heart - all at no cost to the families we serve. We are growing and looking for a compassionate, organized, upbeat, and driven Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates warmly and professionally, and can keep many moving pieces organized while supporting seniors, families, referral partners, and our advisory team. Position Summary The Client Services Coordinator serves as a key support role within Golden Girls Solutions by helping manage client communication, scheduling, organization, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations that support families through the senior living journey. This person will often be the first impression of our company and plays an important role in creating a positive, compassionate, and professional experience for clients and community partners. Schedule & Work Environment Part-time position averaging 25-30 hours per week Weekday business hours only Position is based in our Sarasota office This is an in-office position and is not remote Some flexibility may be available based on scheduling needs Occasional local community involvement, events, or meetings may be requested Compensation Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications Opportunity for growth within a growing local company Employee will need to supply their own health insurance Responsibilities Client & Family Support Answer incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries Provide warm and professional communication with seniors and families Help coordinate appointments, tours, and follow-up communication Maintain accurate client notes and records within company systems Conduct check-in calls with clients and their loved ones within our database to provide support, maintain relationships, and update client records accordingly Assist advisors with client coordination and resource gathering Help families feel supported throughout the transition process Administrative & Office Support Manage calendars, scheduling, and administrative workflows Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting Organize and maintain digital files and client records Support office organization and day-to-day operations Help maintain communication and coordination with community partners Assist leadership with projects and operational support Marketing & Community Support Help coordinate events, networking opportunities, and community outreach Assist with social media coordination and basic content posting Support marketing efforts and relationship-building with community partners Represent Golden Girls Solutions professionally within the community Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to be flexible and adapt to the changing flow and priorities of the day Comfortable learning and utilizing modern technology platforms and software Working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology Preferred Experience Administrative assistant, client services, healthcare, senior living, home care, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Experience working with seniors, healthcare professionals, or community resources is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Leads with kindness and compassion Is dependable and highly organized Enjoys helping others during important life transitions Can communicate professionally while still making people feel comfortable Thrives in a team-oriented and mission-driven environment Brings positive energy, adaptability, and initiative to the workplace Is comfortable with modern technology, communication tools, and social media platforms Why Join Golden Girls Solutions?
