Job Description
At Superior Fence & Rail, we are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team. This position combines front desk responsibilities, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the office
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communication with the team
- Follow up with customers and prospects
- Assist with administrative and office organization tasks
- Help create a positive and professional customer experience
Qualifications:
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
