Job Description

At Superior Fence & Rail, we are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team. This position combines front desk responsibilities, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in the office
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer support
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate communication with the team
  • Follow up with customers and prospects
  • Assist with administrative and office organization tasks
  • Help create a positive and professional customer experience
Qualifications:
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
