Job Description
Customer Service Representative 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Insurance Agency seeking customer service. Licensed 2-20 or 4-40 preferred but willing to train the right person for the position that is willing to obtain their license within 3 months. Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:45 pm. Friendly environment Compensation starts at minimum wage if no experience but wage increases We are a busy independent insurance agency seeking a permanent and reliable customer service representative or insurance agent with the ability to quote and sell insurance plans. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth and retention. Responsibilities Provides service to clients' changing insurance needs Evaluate business or individual customers' needs Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services Fulfill all policy requirements Skills Working experience as an Insurance agent or general office experience Basic computer knowledge Proven ability to multi-task Demonstrated ability to be a team player and communicate effectively to management.
