Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering product demos and recommendations to enhance their experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting additional items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure the store looks inviting and organized Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits of various items Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organizing back stock to support efficient store operations Support the team with cashiering duties, basic math calculations for transactions, and ensuring accurate retail math practices are followed Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math concepts Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and grocery store functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers and team members Demonstrated ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash register operations, inventory counts, and sales calculations Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
