Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries or demos to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Upsell products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, stock shelves, and support merchandising efforts to promote products effectively Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and courteously, following phone etiquette when assisting via phone or online inquiries Requirements Must be available any shift any day, no restrictions. Previous experience with POS systems and cash handling is highly desirable Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in retail or customer service settings is a plus Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and retail math calculations Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customers effectively Experience conducting product demos or upselling is advantageous Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is beneficial Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a lively retail setting!
