Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury law experience
REQUIRED
Experience communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Proficient with computers and office software
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish Schedule appointments and follow up with clients Obtain and update case-related information Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies Maintain accurate records and case notes Provide exceptional customer service throughout the life of the case Only candidates with at least 2 years of Personal Injury experience will be considered.
