This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our electronics technicians, ensuring accurate repair quotes, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems and components, paired with strong communication and organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Review incoming customer requests for electrical repairs and coordinate technical evaluations with repair technicians Prepare accurate, timely, and competitive repair quotes based on technician assessments, parts requirements, and labor estimates. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and electronics technicians, ensuring clear communication of repair status, timelines, and costs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation electrical systems, components, and repair processes to support accurate quoting. Provide professional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Track repair jobs through completion, ensuring commitments to customers are met and service quality standards are upheld. Maintain records of quotes, communications, and service histories for compliance and internal reporting. Updating various internal and external reports and tracking department financial targets Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior experience in aviation electrical/electronics repair (avionics, wiring systems, components) preferred. Experience preparing repair quotes, estimates, or work orders. Strong technical knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, repair processes, and component-level understanding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office.
