Care Circle CS is one of the fastest-growing home care coordination companies in the nation, and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our expanding team in Sunrise, FL! At Care Circle CS, your work has real impact — you'll be the voice our clients count on to resolve issues, confirm information, and make sure they receive the care and meals they depend on. What You'll Do:
Call clients to audit files and confirm information Assist clients with meal-related issues and inquiries Troubleshoot problems and escalate when needed Maintain accurate records and follow up on open cases Ensure every client with a meal delivery issue is contacted and resolved
What We're Looking For:
Communicators:
You speak clearly, confidently, and professionally on the phone. Clients trust your voice.
Tech-Comfortable:
You're comfortable navigating computers and internal software systems — no advanced skills needed, just ease with technology.
Reliable & Accountable:
You show up, follow through, and take ownership of your client interactions.
Entry-Level or Experienced:
Whether this is your first professional role or you're coming with call center or customer service experience — we want to hear from you.
Florida-Based:
