Job Description Awards4U is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers great hours and an opportunity to work for a well-known local company with over 30 years dedicated to serving the Tallahassee community. Awards4U is a locally owned and operated retail and manufacturing company in Tallahassee specializing in supplying quality recognition awards and promotional products. We take great pride in providing exceptional customer service and promoting the value of recognition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys people and thrives on building relationships. This person will share our commitment to exceeding customer expectations by providing clients with a finished product and creating a lasting impression that will bring them back. This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. 2+ years retail experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent Professional, dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Friendly, outgoing personality Exceptional communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment Work both independently and as a team Strong computer literacy Background check will be performed

Job Description:

Customer Service Representative will provide finished goods to the client, analyze order accuracy, and assure customer satisfaction. This includes collecting payment and balancing cash drawer daily. Excellent customer service and strong organizational abilities are key functions of this position.

Required Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Overtime required upon short notice, as needed
