We are seeking a clerical office associate to come and join our team. This opportunity will start in the middle of June. Most likely on June 15th. We are looking for someone who can handle incoming phone calls for service appointments, set up new customers, complete bookkeeping responsibilities, clerical work and any other duties to fulfill the position. Experience with computers, communication skills verbally & electronically, Microsoft Word & Excel are most helpful. Advanced Connections, LLC has a 4.99 stars (53 ratings) on Google. We require a 5-star experience for our customer interactions. It is apart of our culture to provide first class service to our customers. Our office uses on QuickBooks online, experience with QuickBooks is preferred. We are looking for a team member who is timely, respectful, patient, thorough, courteous and positive. Looking for someone who is self motivated and can solve problems or come up with solutions to share with the team. We are currently moving the office. The location will be in Tallahassee. Hopefully we will know shortly the exact location. Hours per week 20 - 32. Our office is open Monday through Friday. January through the end of September and possibly a few weeks in October. We are closed November and December. There is an opportunity for you to earn money through our backflow cover division while the backflow testing side of the business is closed. Pay is based on experience. Unfortunately, benefits such as healthcare and retirement are not available at this time. Pay is bi-weekly and direct deposited. You are a W-2 employee. You must be able to pass a drug test & background check. We are hiring because the person who currently holds this position is retiring. She will train you. In times past this opportunity has worked best for someone who doesn't need a full-time job. Has children in school. Retired. We look forward to hearing from you!
