Job Description
Welcome to OneTouch Direct - where we turn customer service into a memorable experience! As a prominent contact center solution provider since 1998, we partner with Fortune 500 companies to ensure their customers receive unparalleled support and service. We are currently looking for a Chat Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team! You will be the voice behind the chat, assisting AT&T customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch assistance in a timely manner.
Your Role Will Include:
Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor. Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services. Handling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfaction. Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously. Documenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessary. Requirements Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently. Familiarity with AT&T products and services is advantageous. Proficiency with computers and chat support software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Benefits TheWEEKLY COMISSION
