In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and expanding our market presence. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new opportunities to connect with customers and grow sales. This 100% commission based position offers a chance to develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and route management while making a tangible impact on our business success. We are a private brokerage focusing on training and developing our agents. All of our agents are trained in house and have grown thier portfolios by 10 times since joining our team. We make every effort to ensure the success of our agents while demanding the best results for our clients. We are seeking both experienced licensed agents, while offering the training needed for new aspiring agents as well. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions Drive along assigned routes, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining excellent customer relationships Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during each interaction Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route deliveries, and customer interactions Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding route updates, customer feedback, and inventory needs Requirements Strong math skills for handling pricing, invoices, and sales calculations Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and keep detailed records Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided This position is onsite and requires a full 8 hour work day Ability to operate a computer based CRM and manage client worload Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career!
