Full time/Part time - Customer Service Representative - Marina Office

Mangrove Marina is seeking a team player with a positive attitude, who is eager to grow. This is a customer facing role.

WEEKENDS REQUIRED

This role includes both Customer Service Representative for the Marina Office and Reservation Specialist for the Houseboat Resort. Knowledge and Experience with boats preferred. The selected applicant will be responsible for:

• Answering the phones
• Customer Service
• Assisting customers with making houseboat reservations
• Assist resort manager and customers with check-ins
• Assisting customers with the accurate completion of forms
• Scheduling work to be completed by the yard
• Making reservations for customers
• Communicating with the yard team
• Supervise room cleanings and confirm readiness
• Communicating with the housekeeping staff
• Assist marina staff on a need basis And any other duties as directed by the supervisor and or manager

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Due to nature of position must speak, read and write English language. Must be available for weekends and holidays Salary will be commiserated with experience Boat knowledge/experience preferred but not required
