We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Customer Service Associate who is passionate about helping customers stay connected. In this role, the Customer Service Associate will interact directly with customers to introduce wireless and broadband services, evaluate individual needs, and recommend tailored sales solutions that improve everyday connectivity. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by leveraging strong product knowledge, clear communication, and solution-oriented sales support. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities Engage with customers in person to address questions, concerns, and service needs in a professional and timely manner Train alongside experienced team members and leadership to develop strong customer service and sales capabilities Build in-depth product knowledge to confidently educate customers and deliver personalized recommendations Utilize point-of-sale systems to create service packages and complete transactions as needed Support team success by assisting with onboarding and mentoring new team members Participate in daily Customer Service Associate team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and overall sales performance Customer Service Associate Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred Previous experience in a Customer Service Associate role strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
