Dispatcher/Customer Service

Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher - HVAC & Plumbing Venice, FL | In-Person Position We are a growing local HVAC & Plumbing company in Venice, FL looking for a motivated and dependable CSR/Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and can confidently multitask while wearing multiple hats, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC and plumbing services Dispatch technicians efficiently and effectively Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments Work closely with other CSR's, dispatchers, and technicians Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly Manage scheduling, forms, emails, and customer communication using Google platforms and ServiceTitan CRM Maintain professionalism and organization in a busy office environment

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure Computer knowledge and comfort learning new software Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus Team player willing to assist where needed HVAC or plumbing industry experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule Requirements:
