This entry-level role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people and wants to build foundational skills in customer service and enrollment processes. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding customers through cellular service options, answering their questions clearly, and helping them enroll in the best wireless plans to meet their needs. No prior experience is required. Full training is provided. What matters most is your eagerness to learn, your professionalism, and your ability to communicate effectively.
Customer Service Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Engage customers directly to promote wireless products with confidence and clarity Clearly explain wireless service plans so customers can easily understand their options and benefits throughout the enrollment process. Assist customers through the entire enrollment process to ensure quick and accurate sign-ups. Enter customer information carefully and accurately while protecting their privacy. Work closely with Customer Service Representative team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals.
