Job Description
Education/Experience:
High school diploma / GED and (2) two years of related customer service working experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education and working experience. Bilingual Candidates encouraged to apply.Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations:
None.Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Knowledge and ability to operate various office equipment and machines, including personal computers. Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with the public. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with public. Ability to understand oral and written instructions. Ability to count cash and perform cash transactions. Perform mathematical computations. Knowledge or ability operate customized Utility billing software or other specific software related to varies data processing procedures. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer service skills along with problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to communicate effectively under stressful situations and conditions.
