This role is responsible for answering inquiries, gathering case information, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys. The Client Relations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring every lead is handled promptly, professionally, and according to firm procedures. The goal is to provide an excellent first impression while ensuring all leads are properly documented and followed up on.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $75,000
Base & Incentives Responsibilities:
Lead Response & Client Communication Answer incoming calls, website inquiries, and other new client requests. Respond to prospective clients promptly and professionally. Conduct intake interviews to gather important case details. Case Qualification Evaluate potential cases according to the firm's criteria. Identify urgent matters and escalate when necessary. Determine whether a consultation with an attorney should be scheduled. Consultation Scheduling Schedule consultations with attorneys and confirm appointments with prospective clients. Ensure prospective clients understand consultation procedures and required documents. CRM & Documentation Enter all lead information accurately into the firm's CRM or case management system . Document all communications, notes, and follow-ups. Ensure every lead has a next action or follow-up task scheduled . Follow-Up Management Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet scheduled or retained the firm. Track consultation attendance and update lead status accordingly. Ensure leads that do not retain the firm are properly dispositioned in the system .
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in legal intake, call center, or client service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with empathy and professionalism. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM or legal case management software. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Key Skills Client communication. Lead qualification. Consultation scheduling. CRM documentation. Follow-up management.
